What is included in my session?

Your session grants you full access to our Traditional Sauna, Cold Plunge Tub, and Recovery Lounge for the duration of your visit.

We provide all essential amenities, including towels, shower necessities and complimentary filtered water access.

How long does a typical session last?

We recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes for your visit. This flexible time frame allows you to comfortably complete the recommended 2 to 4 full cycles of heat and cold, plus a recovery period, without feeling rushed.

Is the facility co-ed?

We are designed to be completely gender-separated to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. We offer entirely separate, dedicated spaces for Men and Women. Each side is fully appointed with its own large Traditional Sauna, dedicated Cold Plunge Tub, comfortable Lounge area, private Showers, and secure Locker Room.

What is the recommended flow for a session?

Please see the 'How It Works' tab for complete information.

How often should I go to the sauna & cold therapy?

For optimal, science-backed benefits (such as improved mood, cardiovascular health, and reduced inflammation), experts generally recommend engaging in contrast therapy 2–3 times per week. However, listening to your body is most important. For even better results, going to the sauna 4-5 times a week is recommended.

Should I eat or drink before my session?

Hydration is critical! Please drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your session. We recommend avoiding heavy meals for at least an hour before you begin, as the heat and cold can affect digestion.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, quick-drying attire. This can be a traditional swimsuit or trunks, or dedicated athletic wear such as a sports bra and athletic shorts. We provide communal sandals but feel free to bring your own for optimal comfort!

What do I need to bring?

You only need to bring your swimsuit/athletic wear and a reusable water bottle. We provide fresh towels, shower products, and water refill access, so you can travel light!

How many people can fit in the sauna?

Our spacious Traditional Saunas are gender-separated. Each side (Men's and Women's) is designed to comfortably fit up to 27 people at one time, ensuring a relaxed and open environment.

How long should I stay in the heat?

For effective contrast therapy, we recommend staying in the heat for 10 to 15 minutes per cycle. Since we follow the traditional method, you will repeat this 2–4 times, alternating with the cold plunge. Always listen to your body and exit immediately if you feel lightheaded.

How hot are the saunas?

Our Traditional Saunas operate at a high-heat, low-humidity setting, typically ranging between 180∘F and 200∘F.

This temperature range is specifically chosen to achieve the deep, detoxifying sweat essential for the full contrast circuit.

What type of saunas do you have?

We proudly feature Traditional Saunas only. These saunas use a rock-heated stove to create a high-heat, low-humidity environment that delivers the classic, deep-sweat experience essential for contrast therapy.

How long should I stay in the cold?

For effective contrast therapy, we recommend staying submerged for 2 to 4 minutes. This duration is necessary to trigger the physiological benefits, such as reducing inflammation and boosting mood.

If you are new, aim to start with a minimum of 60 seconds and use controlled breathing to manage the initial cold shock.

How cold are the ice plunges?

Our Cold Plunge Tubs (sometimes called Ice Baths) are maintained at a powerful therapeutic temperature, typically ranging between 39∘F and 45∘F. This temperature range is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the contrast circuit.

Do I have to do the cold plunge?

While the greatest benefits come from completing the full Fire & Ice Contrast Circuit, your session is entirely your own, and you do not have to plunge.

However, we highly encourage you to try at least a brief plunge to experience the powerful mental and physical reset.

What type of cold therapy is available?

We exclusively offer Cold Plunge Tubs (cold water immersion). This is widely recognized as the most effective and accessible form of cold therapy for enhancing muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and elevating your mental state.
