Do I need to sign up in advance, or can I walk in?

Yes, you must sign up in advance. Classes often fill up quickly, and pre-registration guarantees your spot. While we accept walk-ins if space is available, we highly recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Do my existing Fire & Ice passes cover Hot Yoga classes?

No. Our flexible sauna and plunge passes are separate from our scheduled Hot Yoga classes. We offer dedicated single-class purchases specifically for the studio.

How should I prepare for my first Hot Yoga class?

Hydration is key! Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your class. Also, wear light, moisture-wicking clothes, and avoid eating a heavy meal 2–3 hours beforehand.

Is it safe to do Hot Yoga if I'm a beginner?

Yes! Hot Yoga is highly beneficial for beginners. Our instructors offer modifications for all poses, and you are always encouraged to take breaks or sit down whenever you need to. Listen to your body and pace yourself, especially on your first few visits.

The Studio Environment

How hot is the yoga studio?

Our dedicated Hot Yoga Studio is intentionally heated to enhance your practice. Classes typically run between 95∘F and 105∘F with controlled humidity to promote deep muscle stretching and detoxification.

What style of yoga do you teach?

We primarily offer Hot Power Yoga. Our classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and linking movement to breath in the heated environment.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and towel?

You are welcome to bring your own mat and a large mat-sized towel. We also offer premium mat and towel rentals at the front desk for a small fee for your convenience.
