Do I need to book a Yoga class in advance?

Yes, our Yoga classes are by appointment only and require pre-registration. To ensure our instructors have everything ready for you, we do not accept walk-ins for these sessions. Please note that classes are subject to a minimum student count; if this minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled, and you will be notified in advance.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

No Need! We do provide mats for all participants. We handle the cleaning and sanitizing, so you can just show up and focus on your practice. However, if you have a personal mat you prefer to use, you are more than welcome to bring it.

I’ve never done yoga before, can I still join?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all bodies and experience levels. Yoga is a practice, not a performance! Our instructors are experts at guiding first-timers through the basics.

What is the benefit of doing Yoga before a Cold Plunge?

It’s the ultimate recovery "sandwich." Yoga helps open up your joints and warm up your muscles through breath and movement. Following this with our Contrast Therapy circuit (Sauna + Cold Plunge) helps immediately flush out toxins and reduce any inflammation triggered during your practice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our class sizes are limited to 8 students, we require 24 Hours notice for cancellations. If a class is cancelled by the studio due to not meeting the minimum student count, you will be notified via email/text and receive a full credit to your account.
