Wellness Attendant - Women's Section

The Wellness Attendant is the key to maintaining the premium hygiene and pristine environment that is central to the Fire & Ice experience. This role is highly hands-on and critical to our operational success and guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness Protocol: Maintain continuous oversight of all private guest areas, including locker rooms, showers, and saunas on the Women's side. Due to the requirements of the job, specifically attending to facilities where guests are changing and bathing, this position requires a female attendant for the Women's area (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
  
• Towel Management: Collect, wash, dry, fold, and restock all facility towels (bench towels, bath towels, etc.) efficiently and continuously throughout the shift.
• Area Maintenance: Immediately wipe down floors, benches, and handles to ensure surfaces are always dry, clean, and safe for guests.
• Restocking & Supplies: Ensure all locker rooms, showers, and restroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) are consistently stocked and tidy.
• Equipment Check: Assist management with daily water quality checks (as trained) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Guest Support: Politely answer guest questions on the floor (e.g., "Where do the dirty towels go?"), but the primary focus remains on maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
