• Tier 1: Mobility Only ($0) – Access to 30-minute mobility session.
• Tier 2: Mobility + Sauna ($35) – The ultimate recovery duo. This package includes the 30 minute mobility session followed by a dedicated Contrast Therapy session (Sauna & Cold Plunge) to soothe your muscles and invigorate your system.

What to Expect

• Booking Window: Registration closes 1 hour before the scheduled class time.
• Expert Guidance: Our certified instructor provide modifications for all skill levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout whether you are a beginner or a pro.
• BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat): You are welcome to bring your favorite mat, or you can borrow one of ours.
• The Mobility Session & Contrast Therapy (Tier 2): If you choose the Mobility + Sauna package, you’ll transition from your session into our contrast therapy area to maximize your recovery. Please remember to bring your swimsuit for the plunge and sauna.
