Fire & Ice is designed as a gender-separated facility. Men and women each have dedicated spaces with their own sauna, cold plunge, showers, lockers, and lounge. When you pick Male or Female at booking, you are choosing your wing for the visit.

That removes a common first-visit worry: you can change, plunge, and recover without a co-ed locker-room setup. Same-gender friends are welcome to book matching sides and turn recovery into a shared reset.
